That thing where you haven’t even bought a car but you are already looking for parts on said car. I’m shopping for a 1969 427 Corvette and I’m a huge Chaparral fan. I grew up in Midland where Chaparral was based and !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! for an article.
While McLaren also made cool valve covers, I’ve gotta represent my home town hero. But I can hardly find
pictures
of these things let alone find them for sale. Any leads on buying Chaparral valve covers would be highly appreciated.

I do it all the time. Most recent was mods for a Porsche 997 which in the best case, I could get next year.

That’s a dangerous game to play.
The same behaviour is the reason I have a 2-door Triumph Toledo door shell under my bed and I have no intention of getting a Toledo any time in the near future...
